All damage or shortage claims must be reported within four (4) days of delivery. Please have the email address used to place the order available at the time of reporting.

Defective items or items shipped incorrectly will only be exchanged for the original item purchased. Refunds will not be given under any conditions.

Refund, Replacement, or Credit: 

Depending on your preference, we offer refunds, replacements, or store credits for eligible returns.

Restocking Charge:

 When no error in merchandising or shipping by has occurred, a restocking charge of 20% will be applied to returned items. This charge is designed to cover administrative costs associated with processing returns. Please review this important detail regarding our restocking policy.

Upon successful processing of your return, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. This ensures a seamless refund process, allowing you to receive your funds back in the same manner as your initial transaction

Packaging Requirement:

Return Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for all freight charges related to return shipments.


Exclusions from our standard return policy include linear fluorescent bulbs 49″ or longer, specially ordered items, and shipments outside the continental U.S.

Delivery Attempt Limitation: retains the right to restrict delivery attempts based on past delivery performance.

Incorrect and Damaged Shipments: prioritizes prompt resolution.
